We offer harness and thoroughbred simulcasting from tracks across the country. Afternoon simulcasting is available based on the NYRA schedule (usually Wednesday through Sunday) and generally begins around noon. Evening simulcasting accompanies all live programs. When there isn’t afternoon simulcasting, evening simulcasting begins at 6:30pm. The weekly schedule is posted on the Racing page. Schedules are subject to change because of the many tracks involved. That is up to the person making the request. He or she may choose the length of time that he or she wants to be excluded – one year, three years, five years or for a lifetime.
Any individual who has been excluded for one, three or five years, may ask to have his or her name removed from the Self-Exclusion List after the term of the original request has expired. To have your gaming privileges reinstated, individuals should contact the Director of Security.
Once a name has been added to the list, the request and the information submitted will be shared with the New York State Gaming Commission who will share it with all gaming facilities in the State.
If you are found on the premises, you will be asked to leave immediately. If you do not do so, you will be subject to arrest for trespass by law enforcement authorities.
